USTA Mid-Atlantic Kicks Off Centennial Celebration
USTA Mid-Atlantic is celebrating 100 years of promoting tennis in the Mid-Atlantic! Since February 3, 1923, our mission to promote and develop the growth of tennis has endured and led to more than 1.3 million people playing the sport in the region today.
We believe that tennis creates community, character and well-being. Through our work as a charitable nonprofit, USTA Mid-Atlantic helps make it possible for EVERYONE to experience all the benefits tennis has to offer. This includes plans to bring a best-in-class tennis campus to Loudoun County, Va. The new USTA Mid-Atlantic Tennis Campus will offer top-quality programs that build community around the joy of tennis, improve overall health and wellness in the area year-round, and facilitate engaging environments that support players and fans at every point in their tennis journey.
In 2023, USTA Mid-Atlantic will commemorate the 100th anniversary with a year-long celebration honoring our history while sharing our vision for the future of tennis. The Centennial Celebration is an opportunity for the entire tennis community to get involved and show support for the next 100 years of tennis in the region.

- Induction of a special Centennial class into the USTA Mid-Atlantic Hall of Fame
